Forte’ Framing and Gallery is always looking for interesting art to display in our storefront. Please be aware of the following guidelines if you would like your artwork to be considered. We welcome all variety of art styles. As a general rule we prefer art that is colorful, saturated, and shows technical expertise.

We are primarily interested in prints, giclees, posters, and other forms of reproductions. We are seldom interested in original art and, even then, copies of the art should be available. We may consider canvas’ or other raised mixed media if prints of the image are also available. We are also interested in small sculptures, works of art, or jewelery.

All art should be completely un-framed, un-matted, un-rolled, and no larger than 24 x 36 in size. Standard sizes are not required. We will display the art in mylar with acid free backing while it is here.

All art sales are split with 70% of the sale going to the artist and 30% going to the gallery. Art prices are set by the artist, not the gallery. Be aware we have occassional sales that can lower the price up to 20%. Adjust prices accordingly. Payment checks are mailed to the artists quarterly.

All artists we display get a standing 10% discount on all custom framing (this cannot be combined with other promotions).

Forte’ reserves the right to take any art off display at any time and return it to the artist in its original condition.
